You may apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive your Hcgamepad product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact. Returns for damaged, used, or modified products may be rejected, or a restocking fee may apply (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, unless the return is due to a product defect, wrong item sent by us, or other errors caused by Hcgamepad. Please use a trackable shipping method to send the product back, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
